Which measurement units are supported?
Set dimensions in pixels, inches, centimeters, or millimeters. For physical units, choose the DPI required by your printer or document so ResizeBento can calculate the corresponding pixel dimensions for the intended output size.
Does enlarging an image improve its quality?
No. Enlarging creates additional pixels but cannot recover detail missing from the original image. Small increases may still look acceptable, while large increases can make edges and fine details appear softer or less sharp.
How can I keep the original aspect ratio?
Keep the aspect ratio locked, then change either the width or height. ResizeBento calculates the other dimension automatically, preserving the original proportions and preventing the image from looking stretched or compressed.
What happens when the target ratio is different?
